What is Adaptive Phase Cooling, and how is it different from traditional single-phase or two-phase systems?
You can learn more on our Technology page, under the section “What is Ferveret’s Adaptive Phase Cooling?”
Does the Ferveret solution require infrastructure changes in the data center?
No major room-level changes. Ferveret is a rack-ready, containerized Adaptive-Phase cooling solution that installs into standard liquid cooled rack footprints and integrates with existing data-center infrastructure - unlike large tank immersion systems that need floor pits or extensive civil/MEP work.
How much efficiency improvement can we expect from the Ferveret solution?
Server-level testing on NVIDIA H200 GPUs has shown up to +55% TFLOPS/W versus air cooling and up to +20% TFLOPS/W versus best-in-class direct-to-chip (DTC) solutions. These are server-level improvements (measured at the server / GPU level) — facility-level or end-to-end energy gains will vary by plant design (heat-rejection, PUE, chilled-water vs. adiabatic, reuse opportunities) and can be larger when the deployment is optimized across the site.
Can Ferveret retrofit existing servers and racks?
Yes. Ferveret’s Adaptive-Phase solution is rack-integrated and designed to retrofit standard 19" and 21” server liquid cooled racks and common server SKUs.
What fluid does the Ferveret solution use?
Ferveret uses a dielectric heat-transfer fluid that is not listed on any regulated PFAS inventories and has a very low GWP. It is electrically non-conductive and specifically formulated for safe, stable operation in rack-integrated two-phase immersion cooling systems.
